Description: Started out as Red House; done as an impromptu encore one night, and in truth I forgot the ending, and decided to mess with Vic a little and led right into the beginning of What Kind of Girl Do You Think We Are? from Zappa's 200 Motels as the end of the song, which led right into a punk medley...we were on a weird roll that night. Lots of great moment on the guitar and drums and some sound troubles with the audience mics: a glitch i would have to fix by "sweetening" and i never want to be accused of that...so I left it as it is on that account. So anyway...re Equalized and slightly digitally remixed...this is how it was 2002. We're much better now!

Description: These were initially recorded as a medley, but they only got as far as the rehearsal track stage. Using a similar digital studio to the one we originally recorded our rehearsals on; I dubbed in the missing tracks and added those parts which would have been played by Terri or another guitarist of equal or greater measure. I re EQed the whole piece and now it is the way it was intended with the exception of not being able to do the vocals over; which were recorded live in the rehearsal room. I love this stuff and I am glad to now offer it on a new CD called "relics" for short available at Lawlessstuff at cafepress.com

unsigned Description: There was a good quantity of turmoil in the 2005 band. Besides me having panic attacks and high blood pressure that was out of control there was also infighting amongst the others and myself in the group. There was some resentment; there was a poison pill floating around. This became the title song to the album; even though we never play it out live anywhere. That's because George handed me some chords after some evil went down and said "why don't you try and come up with something that goes with this?" I had issues and it took just moments to go to the studio and record this piece as I was feeling it...no writing involved...just venting. It came out the way it did all by itself - and the mysterious sounds made are all guitar tracks. All of the harmonies are me, because I felt quite alone...and within weeks of our last recording session the band quit me and started to back up someone else; a very talented gal by the way - who has moved on also. Life is Not EASY...and being friends while trying to be cohorts in music is an even harder deal than life. It's like a 4 way marriage without the sex. except of course for the occasional hallway sex. You know; where you pass each other in the hallway and say, "Fuck You". It's like that.
Description: One of my favorite numbers from Randy Newmann's Faust (it also appeared in abridged form in the movie Michael-you know the one where John Travolta is an Angel?) I was messing with it at home and got a track done and another and another and before you know it...there it was. I hope you love it too. Nice song...warts and all!

Description: Vince Guaraldi was a wonderous pianist in the bay area and worked with many huge groups; including Woody Herman's "Thundering Herd": He wrote almost all of the Peanuts/Charlie Brown TV music (and adapted the rest from other classics); not to mention a broadway show about Chuck and so many wonderful things I cannot get into all of them here. We can all remember the first time we heard it, like it was last week. And it WAS last week! One of the reasons those shows last so long is the marvelous music. Jon Hendricks said about Vince That he was not a pianist...he was a piano player. A pianist would do great things once you gave him the music. A Piano player would do great things before you gave him the music. Vince was like that. I know the music by heart; even though until this year i had never messed with it at all. It has improvise me written all over it. So I messed with it a little bit; as a Christmas present to You and YouTube! Hope you Like it! (for your information, I performed ALL of the instruments myself for this one, drums, rhythm guitar, bass, and lead guitar and even flew the bi-plane in the opening)(okay-that was a sound effect-but the rest was me I swear!)
