The Omega Celebrities:
Omega Tiger Woods - This guy spams supers which fill the screen all the time. His School Bus move is devastating. The Crane Arm really disrupts your play.
Omega Tom Hanks - This guy was made as an April Fools' joke by ShinRyoga. He is totally invincible, and has two attacks: Tom Hanks' Movie Posters and a Hooch Bomb.
The four opponents:
Naruto-kun - This guy is surprisingly easy once you rush him up close. Otherwise, he has some really cheap dupe moves (he leaves a body lying on the ground, and his clone pops out of the ground far away to strike at you).
Super Mario 64 - Holy hell, is this character cheap. He has strikers from other Nintendo 64 games, like Young Link from Ocarina of Time, and even the Mario Kart 64 crew to run you over. His worst move is his Bowser Toss, which takes off insane amounts of damage and insane block damage as well. This character even has too many invincibility frames. Metool was lucky to get a few shots into him before dying a pitiful death. Even Omega Tiger Woods dies to this son of a bitch.
Sasuke-kun - Cheap as hell, cheap power, cheap AI. Teleports too damn much, plus her strikers can kill with one summon.
Psycho Shredder - The epitome of cheap. He has insane defense. Any attack takes off minimal damage, plus he has invincibility frames out of the ass. I had to F1 him because a full match would take forever. However, I let you see the ridiculous moves he has.
Give me suggestions as to which cheap characters you want to see given the 0WN3D! treatment.

-Elque: Cheap cheap cheap cheap. He does a shadow rush all the time, in which he has invincibility frames. He also heals if you stop attacking him after a while. As for his attacks, he is totally unfair. He will spam the same claw attacks over and over. All of his attacks will do block damage. He can actually kill you even if you block if he traps you in a corner.
-Isabeau: Super cheap. Once you beat her in the fist round, she becomed many times worse. First, she has the passive ability of immolation, which burns opponents who come into contact with her. This prevents opponents from comboing her. Second, her Super Meter constantly refills at a ridiculous rate. Worst of all, she spams nothing but super after damaging super.
-Dragon Claw (Reu): Like with all Reu characters, this guy has way too many juggle points. He juggles you in the air with ridiculous, excessively flashy, and pointless combos. This character is a prime example of style over substance. It is fluidly animated, but it has serious gameplay flaws.
-Cheap Boss Type: Aptly named, this guy is the epitome of cheapness in MUGEN characters.
The fight takes place on the hell of all hellish places, Barney's happy Music Town from the Sega Genesis game "Barney's Hide & Seek"! The horror.

And now, Part 6 brings us to Acme Looniversity, where Buster Bunny, Babs Bunny, and the rest of the Tiny Toons attend classes. They are there to jeer the cheapies as they get their asses handed to them by Team Tiny Terrors and Predator!
This installment's cheapie fight card:
-Tigre Negro: Wow. This guy is just insane with his projectiles and specials. You can almost never attack him directly because he always counters you. His ground blast move is devastating, and he has an Atomic Buster move. Tigre Negro is basically an edit of Guile.
-Eternal Sailor Moon: This girl is bloated with stats. High health. High defense. High attack power. High priority. She even has one-hit kills. Plus she never shuts up.
-Mech Hisui (Ex-Inferis): She spams projectiles all day. She tends to break out of grapples as well. She's impossible to juggle, and she counters a lot.
-Himan Zellode: The third Sephimugen creation, and just as cheap as the rest. Himan's big portrait is a photo of an 1980's He-Man action figure. Himan has ridiculous specials. He is basically a ripoff of Nightmare SSJ3. He charges super energy at a fast rate. He has this long drawn out "sun" super. He also smashes an axe into you and blasts you with a huge ki wave, essentially an instant kill.

The Tiny Terrors were so impressed with Predator's efforts in 0WN3D! Part 6 that they invited him back. It seems Predator has a personal vendetta against cheapies hailing from an organization called G.E.M. Also, a new member has joined Team Tiny Terrors: Dopefish! Dopefish has an endless appetite for cheapies. His unique talents will bring huge dividends for Team Tiny Terrors!

-Dyan Silva (Grupo de Estudio Mugen): This guy counters too damn much. He loves to abuse his teleports, and he counters a lot. He even counters Predator's own counters! But guess who's invincible after countering....
-Mech Zangief: This guy is a freaking tank. He has super armor, so he never flinches from any attack. Plus, he SPAMS his Final Atomic Buster, which takes off 75% of your health!
-Soul Gen: This guy abuses his evade a lot. He will catch you in damaging combos a lot. He is hard to hit due to his constant evasion.
-Broly (Flowergirl): This is one hugely broken character. He does insane damage, he has ridiculous juggle points, and he has super armor on as well. Plus, he has annoying monologues that occur without warning, freezing the game for 5 seconds or more. This is a horrible aspect from a game design standpoint. You do NOT interrupt a high-level game such as a fighting game with sudden pauses.

He has this ultra-cheap ki-blast attack that takes 90% of your energy, and does an insane amount of block damage. Worst of all, he has this 1-hit kill move in his Transform into Candy attack.
Duck King (laiso_7) - Cheap, unrefined AI. He doesn't even block; he just counterattacks with his rising windmill kick all the time.
Goenitz (from King of Fighters '96) - Ridiculously overpowered. Spams his "koko-desu" move over and over. Throws hypers when you are close or grabs you with a whirlwind attack.
Omega Tiger Woods - Very ridiculous character. Created to probably piss people off. He looks very offensive too, especially to Tiger Woods. Even attacks before the round starts! WTF?! He tears up the Tiny Terrors.

Whether it be stages, characters, screenpacks, sprite rips, or whatever, a lot of work went into that character. It's not easy to create a MUGEN character. So please respect the wishes of the MUGEN creators -- if you're trusted with private content, you better damn well keep it private.
