Description: Summary
How sweet is it to play all my favorite Playstation games on my PSP? Almost too sweet to taste. :) The amazing coders on the PSP scene have already unlocked Sony's official PSX emulator and given us a way to insert our favorite PSX games. :) I'm going to need a bigger hard drive... The new OE firmwares are absolutely amazing. All in all, probably the most impressive thing to happen in the PSP scene since I have had my PSP. I'm saying goodbye to Devhook, at least for the time being, and advising everyone to switch to the latest dark_alex OE firmware.

What's up with custom firmware 3.02 OE-B?
-Runs 3.02 firmware
-Runs homebrew like a 1.5
-Runs compressed PSX games
-PSP games show up on memory card in XMB
-Has a recovery mode to protect against bricking
-Requires flashing your firmware
Update
I figured out a way to get around the gameboot size restriction in 3.03 and that is to use a program called GBmod which will allow you to play a gameboot file from your memory card. Not only does this allow you to use larger gameboots, but it means you can change your gameboot without having to flash your psp! :)

I'm flattered that you all want to meet me and be my friend and others of you want to ask me questions about PSP modding or downgrading. I wish I had time to help all of you but I don't. I'll try to answer any questions posted in the comments but please don't message me. I'm very busy with school and work. I don't do tutorials and I'm not on call to answer questions when I'm online. Sorry, there's just too many people who watch these videos. Here's the deal, if you want PSP tech support, it's $5 per half hour. You call me or we do voice-over-ip and I can walk you through anything you want to do, whether it's downgrading or installing software. I can send you list of files to download in advance so that we get the most accomplished during that time. Contact me if you are interested. Otherwise, I have provided links above to some amazing PSP forums where you can learn everything and more about PSP modding and downgrading. I only got my PSP in October of 2006, and I learned everything I know from reading forums and experimenting, and you can, too. It just takes some time and a little work. If you still have questions that need answered, go to IRC. I put a few irc links above as well as links to the forums (get mIRC to open the irc links).
