Tampa, Florida — Detectives say a Brandon man they arrested last month for home repair fraud may have taken other victims, and want anyone who dealt with him to give them a call.Steven Kelly, 51, also known as Picasso and ATIT on several Mafia chat boards, was charged in May with scheming to defraud/petit theft for allegedly taking a $270 check to make home repairs for a Riverview woman, then ignored the job and refused to take her telephone calls.Detectives say Kelly has done this at least thee times before as a contractor operating without a license. No word yet on how this will effect the future of Kelly's posting habits.The Sheriff's Office reported investigators feel that there are more victims out there and would like anyone having dealings with the suspect to contact Detective Lopez at 247-8582.
