Pat Kelley, 33 year high level employee for the City of Carlsbad was arrested and booked for allegedly slicing campaign signs. Kelly is a personal friend and supporter of Mayor Bud Lewis, Council members Matt Hall and Mark Packard all of whom are up for re-election. Video was taken by Michael Bovenzi in a one man sting operation who's also campaign manager for Ron Alvarez running for City Council and a strong supporter of William Griffith for Carlsbad Major. It's time for a change Bovenzi says, our current City Government is corrupt and Carlsbad desperately needs a change.
