Soul Calibur 3 "Battle Theater"(CPU vs CPU) match: Marth versus Roy. Both characters are from the Fire Emblem series, and their visuals are based on what they look like in Super Smash Bros. Melee.Please bear in mind that this was recorded with a digital camera, and the video quality is horrible, and at some times a portion of the TV screen becomes black for whatever reason.The fight itself:As most of you know, the AI in Soul Calibur 3 is flawed, and you can see that clearly in this video.The first round is more like a lucky strike for Roy, while the second round is a very competitive fight between them. However, the final round is laughably horrible, since Marth just stands still.Why "Chinese Sword":It was the discipline that, in my opinion, best represented their fighting style in SSBM, although this discipline has a lot of kick attacks, which they don't use in SSBM. Marth's sword was a perfect fit, since his sword is also called "Falchion", and Roy's sword was chosen because it's longer than Marth's sword, and still not curved(most Chinese Swords in the game are curved).Have fun.
