Braison has been out of the hospital for three days. He had to get staples put in his head. The staples will be removed in 2 months. Miley is sleeping. Her phones rings and wakes her up.Miley: Hello?Cody: Hey Miley. It's Cody. Miley: Ummmm... Hi Cody.Cody: Can you come to the park? I need to talk to you.Miley: I guess. I'll be there in 20 minutes.Cody: Okay. See you then.Miley: Bye Cody.[Miley hangs up and gets dressed. She walks downstairs and sees Noah and Braison asleep on the couch.]Miley: Awwww... So cute. [Miley leaves them a note so they won't be worried when they wake up. She starts walking to the park. She sees Nick and Frankie outside.]Miley: Hi Nick! Hey Frankie!Frankie: Miley!Nick: Hi Miles.[He gives her a hug.]Nick: Where are you going?Miley: Ummmm...**thinking** Should I tell him? Would he be jealous?Miley: I'm going to the park. Wanna come?Frankie: YEAH!!Nick: Sure.[They start to walk towards the park. When they get there, Nick sees Cody.]Nick: What is he doing here?Miley: He asked me to meet him here. He wanted to talk. You trust me don't you?Nick: Miley... Of course I trust you. It's him that I don't trust.Miley: It'll be fine. That's why I brought you. So that he wouldn't do anything.[Miley gives him a quick kiss on the cheek and walks over to Cody.]Miley: Hey.Cody: WHY IS NICK HERE?Miley: I invited him.Cody: WHY? We were supposed to talk about "us".Miley: Cody, don't you get it. There is no us. There is me and there is you. We are just friends.Cody: Miley! I know you still like me.Miley: CODY! I dont like you anymore. I love Nick more than anything.[Nick walks up behind a tree so that he can hear. No one sees him.]Miley: I'm sorry Cody. We can only be friends. I am never going to hurt Nick again.Cody: Why would you waste your time with Nick? He is such a loser!Miley: Don't talk about him like that! I love him! He means everything to me! If you are going to trash talk my boyfriend, than I am sorry. We can't even be friends.Cody: Fine! Then we shouldn't be friends!Miley: FINE![She off crying. Nick comes out from behind the tree.]Nick: Cody, you are such a jerk![He runs after Miley. Miley stops on a bench by where Frankie is playing.]Frankie: Miley... Are you okay?[Miley wipes her eyes.]Miley: Yeah. I'll be fine.[Frankie gets up and sits on the bench with Miley. He hugs her. Nick runs over.]Nick: Are you okay, Miles?Miley: Yeah. Well... no. I never realized that Cody was such a jerk. He wanted to get back together. I said no and he started yelling at me. I told him if he was going to be mean, we couldn't be friends.Nick: He is a jerk. He just lost an amazing friend.[Nick and Frankie are hugging Miley.]Nick: Come on. Let's go home.[Nick grabs Miley right hand and Frankie grabs her left.
