Ok so this starts out pretty bad lol but i kinda get going after the first couple minutesASKING COMMON QUESTIONS:::1. Where do you get HOODIA slash what kind do i use? I got the Black Bottle Hoodia (H57) at WALMART...2. Does Trimspa work? I used trimspa with a restricted cal intake (900-1000 cals/day) and walking/running 3-6 miles a night... THATS probably how i lost the weight, tho trimspa def gave me energy and lessened hunger3. ALLI::: i started breaking out with alli, i forgot that was the reason why i didn't get it again, but i haven't really lost weight this time around in fact ive GAINED because i haven't been able to COMMIT!i willllll lose weight! this is ridiculous, i can't keep going in this vicious circle...
