My model comes with Intel Core 2 Duo Centrion processor T7500 model chipset @ 2.2 ghz of speed. It has been configured with 4 Ghz RAM and has a fingerprint reader with bluetooth 2.0. All of thes machines come with a 14.1 inch monitor which is the largest monitor for a tablet PC of this calibur.
