I tried to describe what was going on as best I could but I tend to stumble over my words, I tried to describe one of the ways you can die from the venom, I have seen a man go into DIC from a copperhead bite in a case i was asked to consult on, however it is much more likely that if by some act of god you get a fatal bite heres what will happen, when the venom enters the blood stream it immediately begins cell lysis, bursting cellular membranes and causing fluid to leak into the surronding tissues which causes oedema (swelling) eventually the venom enzymes can eat holes through the capilaries and veins, if you get enough of these leaks in your system blood pressure drops drasticaly and you can become hypovolemic (a type of shock) and it is the way death would normally occur if you died by a bite from this species. Sorry for the bad narration in the vid but if i know i'm being recorded I have trouble saying what I mean. These snakes cause a lot of Bites but fatalities are all but unkown
