The film is centered on the history of Paula, a transexual who must struggle day after day with discrimination and difficulties to find a space for herself in society. Her daily life, family relationships and personal aspirations interact with the experiences of other transexuals in even more precarious situations. TRANS reflects the identity conflicts and social problems of a country that tolerates, but still does not accept, its minority groups.
