Recently we did an investigation myself and a volunteer visited a home to actually investigate a guinea pig situation that was reported to us...little did we know we'd find masses of birds being kept in filth and overcrowded cages both inside the home/in the kitchen and outside the home...the case has since been reported and we managed to take three of the five guinea pigs involved. They were running around the base of an aviary filled with birds the owners let us take the three we were able to.
