Episode E6 - READ
I thought of presenting this to the sound of Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues" (for obvious reasons, yes?) but that song isn't long enough. The one I used was actually too long so I hope the speeding up isn't too irritating. Sorry to Annie Haslam. At the end my speech isn't that clear. I'm saying something like: "I'm afraid it's not 57 verses. It's a bit more than that. Sorry"I hope the rest is clear enough. Where important titles were hard to read I added text to the video. After I recorded this I realised I STILL hadn't shown you everything. "What evolution is" by Ernst Mayr, for example. "The extended phenotype" by Richard Dawkins. And, no doubt, a few others. I can't find 'em. Maybe YOUR GOD knows where I put them?HA! I found Ernst Mayr's book. It was downstairs. In the mean time, I remember two more books I didn't show here. "The feeling of what happens" by Antonio Damasio (the book I show back to front is another one of his), and "Freedom Evolves" by Daniel Dennett.I did a quick count there, and I sort of lost track, but I think that was close to 80 books.More than one book for each verse in Genesis. Now, maybe, you'll understand why I won't take Creationism seriously.
