Dean has Cass look over D&M's contract with Ace Records because he's concerned about Ace cutting loose some of the money they owe D&M so D&M can shoot another video. Cass says that so far Ace hasn't broken the terms of the contract, but he'll talk to their attorney today and see if they can be more flexible. Dean asks what if they can't be more flexible, and Cass reminds him of what Frankie always says about art happening in spite of itself. Cass then asks Dean if Dean has heard from Frankie, and Dean says no, but if she doesn't come down off that mountain soon, she's going to come home yodeling instead of chanting. Cass laughs and says they don't yodel in Peru. Dean retorts that he bets they do now. The men laugh, then Dean asks Cass in all seriousness how he's doing. Cass says he's doing okay, catching up on a lot of stuff, and proving something to himself and to Frankie. He's staying completely faithful to Frankie. Dean tells him that's good, and at least Cass doesn't have girls throwing themselves at him when he gets on elevators like Dean does. Cass says that's true: the legal profession doesn't have women throwing themselves at men, but as an added precaution, he has Byron taking on all of the female clients. Dean remarks that Cass isn't taking any chances, and Cass says he's not taking even one chance, and it's important to know your liabilities. Then Ace Records' lawyer arrives: a redheaded woman named Terri Wilson. When she asks Cass if he's Cass Winthrop, all he can do is nod and say, "Uh huh." Thanks to Janie for the scenes.
