For some reason, Jenova-SYNTHESIS is the enemy which grants you the highest amount of EXP in this game. The magic number is 60.000, higher than both Ruby Weapon (45k) and Emerald Weapon (50k).The lowest leveled character you can have in the party at this point is, of course, the level 7 Tifa we all love. A level 2 EXP Plus Materia doubles the amount of EXP, so she receives 120.000 EXP and levels up no less than 30 times!As far as I know, this is the second highest leap in the series, only beaten by FFIX, where any level 1 character who defeats a group of three Yans on his own gains a total of 38 levels.
