Its more like laughing at yourself for killing someone than a taunt.(sorry about the quality) EA:Simply use the Spot command on a dead enemy and the taunt can be heard.The rules for how often it can be used are governed by the server's radio spam settings in the same manner as all player messages. So if you do not hear it every time, this may be the reason why.
