Mitsubishi Evo Part2 15th SeptIPXzerg vs Nal_Ra @ MSL Finals
thegoheads asked me to make this, so here it is.Alright, just to make it clear, you should have your 5 ball cascade SOLID before even trying this. I'm talking like 200 catches or more. Second, you should probably know how to do a 5 ball half shower as it will help. Third, don't jump right into the five ball part, instead work on the three ball patterns, then the four ball patterns, getting each solid, then try (6x,4)(4,6x).CLARIFICATION: When I say you see good jugglers do it all the time, I did not mean to say I am a good juggler. I am not. I meant that you see people like Ivan Pecel, Jason Garfield, and those crazy Russians do it all the time. Really, I bet it's hard to find a routine of theirs without that trick in there! Here are the build-up siteswaps I said I'd put here. If you can already do (6x,4)(4,6x) somewhat, these are still good to learn and I find they solidify an already moderately consistent (6x,4)* pattern. Youtube won't let me link directly to each pattern, so instead you will have to go here:http://jugglinglab.sourceforge.net/bi...and then enter each pattern into the pattern entry section to watch them. Sorry about that. Jugglers that want to be well rounded might replace the (6x,4)'s with (6,4x)'s as they are completely different tricks and I can't do (6,4x)(4x,6) yet.2 balls (start here if you have trouble with the 3 ball patterns)(6x,4)(0,0)(0,2x)3 Balls(6x,4)(2,0)(2,4)(4,6x)(0,2)(4,2)(6x,4)(2,0)(4,6x)(0,2)4 balls - remember if you can't do one round of each siteswap and then go straight back into 4b sync fountain, you probably have incorrect throw heights.(6x,4)(4,2x)(4,6x)(2x,4)(6x,4)(4,2x)(4,6x)(2x,4)(6x,4)(2,4x)(4,6x)(4x,2)(6x,4)(4,6x)(0,4)(4,6x)(6x,4)(4,0)(6x,4)(4,6x)(0,4)(4,6x)(6x,4)(4,0)5 balls - try from a cold start, once you can do maybe 20 throws then try the transitions.(6x,4)(4,6x)BONUS: You can also go straight into (6x,4)(4,6x) from a half shower, as half shower is siteswap (6x,4x). For transitions from other patterns into other patterns, check out Pedro's Transition Generator so you don't have to do so much math to figure out transitions into crazy siteswaps!http://cursomalabarismo.no.sapo.pt/jd...I really like it. Also, be sure to check out other tutorials on this, like Sondre's which you can see here:http://youtube.com/watch?v=IMdqmeceKO0watch as many people do it as possible to get the most ideas. I have really had to add a lot of info here, so I might be redoing this video sometime soon.
