My dear friends, have you heard of Candy Candy? I grew up watching this impressive and lovely anime. It's a 1976 show, but the action takes place in the early 1900s America. Candy is an orphan tomboy who lives at an orphanage. She's always cheerful, even though her life is hard. She is separated from her best friend, Annie and sent as a servant to a rich family, where she has to endure the humiliations of the masters. But she meets Anthony, Stear and Archie, who make her life easier and happier. She and Anthony fall in love but he dies in a stupid accident and she is sent to England. At school she meets Annie again, together with her two friends, Stear and Archie. And she also meets Terry, who's exactly the opposite of Anthony (rebel, mean) but with a good heart.... And they fall in love, but they have to part because of the intrigues. They find each other, a year later, in America but they can't be together. Susanna, a girl who loves Terry, saved his life and lost her leg, so he has to stay with her forever. The scene when Candy and Terry have to end their relationship is very impressive and tearjerker... all those who have seen this anime know what I'm telling about. Even those who watched the anime 30 years ago still feel the need to cry.... The Italians were so impressed that made a movie where Candy and Terry end up together (not to mention that they made their own manga of Candy Candy).________________________________________I explained the plot so you can understand the AMV better. This is my first one about the anime and I wanted to be a happy one... and the days in England, at Saint Paul's College were the happiest moments of their lives... when Candy and Terry were together.... when Stear was alive... when Patty was there with her friends... I also put scenes from their summer school.... It was a school after all ^^I know it's not my best video, but it's my favorite so far, because it's about all of them.
