Police said they have arrested the man wanted in connection with a double shooting at a bar and grill in Atchison, Kan.Officers said they arrested Wannis David Widner, 36, Tuesday afternoon at a residence in Buckner, which is about 90 miles away from Atchison.According to police, Widner was carrying a rifle as he entered Flyers Bar and Grill at the Belleview Country Club just after 9 p.m. Sunday. Investigators said the man was looking for his estranged wife, who worked as a waitress at the restaurant. Police said the man shot two employees -- 40-year-old manager Mike Bobe and 21-year-old Evan Frazier, who is a student at Benedictine College. Both were critically wounded and taken to hospitals.KMBC's Lara Moritz reported that Widner spent a night at the Buckner home and that he had recently met the homeowner.
