From an inspired awakening with furtive glances to suggest a foreboding presence, our journey is begun and we take to the air. However, death and destruction is never far away... Beware!The video begins with a series of shots suggesting an inspired awakening.We see various shots of people ascending elevators, ladders, flicking switches, getting ready for what is to come.However, Jim Carrey's worried gulp and furtive look give a sense of foreboding and suggest that all may not be well.We see a time-lapse shot of the Earth, this becomes a shot of a single pilot in his cockpit preparing to take off.We are given the signal, and begin to move, we take a running leap and become airborne.Aerial shots of planes in flight are intercut with scenery and views of the space shuttle in flight.Our activities are detected by an adversary and we find ourselves targeted and fired upon, we are hit and eject from the aircraft and are seen falling, and parachuting. Finally we land, but find ourselves in a barren fire-swept landscape.The film concludes with a sunset into darkness.
