Alter Bridge has parted ways with Wind-Up Records, due to what the band says was pressure to re-form creed. Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall, and Scott Phillips were the instrument section for Creed, but parted ways with singer Scott Stapp, saying they could no longer work with Stapp.The band recruited Mayfield Four singer Myles Kennedy and formed Alter Bridge to release the album One Day Remains, but Wind-Up has pressured the band to reunite with Stapp. In response the band has parted ways with the label. In an interview conducted last year, Tremonti told us they want people to know Creed is in the past.In the meantime, Alter Bridge's One Day Remains has gone gold for sales of 500,000 copies...
