So when he met Hermione at Hogwarts-Express, he decided to tell her everything and ask for help. But Harry interrupted them, he thought that Malfoy wanted to hurt her, Hermione said that Draco simply wished to help and she is grateful to him. Draco and Hermione became friends, but one day Lucius watched them together, Draco tried to protect Hermione, that's why his father decided to punish him. Lucius forced Draco to join Death Eaters.Draco was angry, he showed Hermione the Dark Mark on his arm and said that it's all her fault. Hermione was crushed, she thought that Draco used her all the time, so she left him behind.Hermione and Draco were enemies again. But Hermione couldn't deal with her feelings for him. She learned that Lucius scoffed at his son, so she forgave Draco. She saved him from Dementors. After a while Draco sent a letter to her, where he answered the first Hermione's question: "Why did he help her?" He confessed that he loves her.
