(Central Organization of Police Specialists). In this slideshow you'll see all of C.O.P.S. n' Crooks as seen in the cartoon show. Note the repetitive music in the background is the beginning of Inner Circle's hit song, Theme from Cops (aka Bad boys, Bad Boys) from the live action series COPS, which prompted the cartoon series that originally aired between 1988-1989 to be re-released in syndication in the mid 1990s' as CyberCOPS.
