Glitches from Ord Mantell Junkyard
A video to purely show-off a glitch I discovered back in 1997 from the Nintendo 64 game Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. Sometimes watching people play can be boring, so I tried to make the video as mindboggling as possible.I apologise if you find this video too confusing and all over the place, but I had to fit everything into 10 mins in case there are people who want to see all the entire glitches because they do not have the game anymore or whatnot. If it helps, as a guide, the screen you should watch is the brighter one with the sound effects playing.Having said that, this video is more suited for the people who are very familiar with this game and had previously fiddled around with the Debug Mode cheat. The tilde before all jump and gravity figures means "approximately". This is not a glitch you can get right on the first go all the time. It takes practice and as a result this video tutorial will show you how and where about you should jump. Pause the video if need be to collect details.I have not shown the backwards train glitch because I forgot how to do it. In recent days I have thought that maybe it was done by jumping from that train you see in the very start of the video to one of the other trains behind it.lol ... and in case anyone asks, the Debug Mode cheat is performed by pressing and holding down all the following during pause in any level of the game: all C-buttons with your left thumb, your left index finger on the R button, your left middle and ring finger on the Z button, your right ring finger on the L button, your right thumb on the left cross-pad. While holding all these down use your right index finger to push the joystick halfway left until you hear a beeping sound. Then push the joystick halfway right until you hear that beeping sound. Repeat joystick halfway left ... halfway right ... etc ... until you see pink writing on top of the pause screen. Thanks for reading and game on dudes!EDIT: Tue 2007/11/27, 9:34PM GMT +10:00
