Turning Point; Kayla Dream.
In this particular scene, Kayla (Jamie Brazell) is coming home from school. Due to recent events, Kayla can't seem to get over the loss of one of her old friends, Nathaniel (Mathieu Vetere-Rivera). Nathaniel recently committed suicide, and Kayla feels tremendous guilt for allowing herself to become popular and in countrol while at the same time, throwing away her friendship with such a dear friend. Her thoughts come together in this dream sequence.Music Credits go to: Counting Crows "Colour Blind," clips from the movie "28 Days" and a brief thunderclap by Evanescence's song, "Eternal."Turning Point was our Catholic Morality class' movie. I suggested that we, as a class, could make a movie as a part of our final exam. Unfortunately, the movie never saw the light of day. Thanks to YouTube, you will be able to view some scenes that would have made the final cut. This is film-making at it's finest.
