Part dos. I forgot to mention that now I take Inderall..It's just a blood pressure medicine, but a lot of people take it before they have to go up and give speeches. It takes away a lot of the physical symptoms; the shaking, sweating, pounding heart. I'll probably take one tomorrow before I head to class..it just gives me some added confidence knowing that I won't have to deal with those symptoms. Again, I'm not trying to say take drugs to fix your life, but this is what's helped me.
