Merci!Schnecke17 June 2007 Can I take this opportunity to thank everybody for their comments and interest in "Plastic Doll on the Guillotine". When I put it up there last October I had no idea that there would be such enthusiasm for such a crudely made video on an elegant model. The questions have been very interesting and I am delighted to see that there is such interest in this macabre subject. I would not say I am an authority on the guillotine but I do know a bit about it as I have studied it all my (brief) life. Some people have asked me what has become of the body of "Plastic Doll" who stars in this short sequence and what her crime was. Well unfortunately Charlotte (for that was her name) was buried in a mass grave in my back garden along with all the other dolls that were executed that day. Her "crime" was that she stabbed another (male) doll in his bath. When she was executed I slapped the side of her face as an admonishment and I swear she blushed!
