We visit the ASUR Textiles Museum, well-known for the exhibition and selling out of knitted pieces from the Jalca and Candelaria cultures. The best textile pieces in Bolivia are precisely those of Potolo and Maragua, coming from the near Los Frailes Mountain Range. Also included are visits to the domed roofs of San Felipe de Neri Closter and to La Recoleta Museum. Alternatively the curious ones should visit Cal Orck´o, to see thousands of tracks left by 150 different dinosaurs 68 million years ago. Day 9: we head to Colchani on our way to cross through the middle off the biggest salt reservoir of the world (over 1.000 km2 surface and 0.5 km deep) and the most unique natural attraction in Bolivia. Iin Cuquisa we can enjoy the birds at the shore, like Andean Goose, Andean Flamingo, Andean Avocet, Puna Plover, etc. or climb by car or foot the Tunupa volcano, getting Rufous-Bellied Seedsnipes and a lookout over all these immaculate whiteness for the last time, visiting different ruins and burial places or chullpas, some including mummies. Day 11: In the morning, if the condition of the roads allows it, we will visit the marshy land of the Chipayas. This culture lives in beehive shaped adobe huts, they dress coarse woolen clothes, they speak a unique and very old language and they still hunt like centuries ago flamingos and other birds with their boleadoras (stone tipped slings)...
