As opening ceremony will be held on October 11th, at 5 PM in Russian Cultural and Scientific Center, Mongolian and Russian Friendship one-month activities will be officially commenced.Main representatives of Russian and Mongolian diplomatic affairs and organizations will attend in the opening ceremony.Before the opening ceremony, winners of "Russian language in Mongolia" radio contest will be awarded by the Russian Embassy to Mongolia.Within one-month activities, photo art, grand meeting of graduators in Russian universities, movie presentation lecture, and Mongolian and Russian creative art performance will be organized.On 12th-21st, October, Russian cultural days are held. During these days, Russian movie days will be presented."Who is the best singer of Russian songs" song contest will be organized among the students.On 22nd-25th October, Siberian scientific academicians will be invited to Mongolia, in order to attend in scientific meeting.Mr.Gurragchaa, president of Mongolian and Russian Friendship Institute, said "our initiative requested that Mongolian and Russian citizens visiting to each country could be regulated due to the visa procedure since 1995. But in globalization era, we want to adhere non-visa procedure because it will be easy way to improve visiting flow in both countries. Therefore, our government submitted our request on non-visa procedure. Recently, when our Minister of Foreign Affairs visited Russia, our request was negotiated. "In last 12 years, visa procedure is being enforced in our both countries.Now higher bodies of our two governments have been discussing non-visa procedure and preparation and study works are being held.Mr.B.A.Govorin, Russian ambassador to Mongolia, is asked about misunderstanding in possession of Russian-owned properties lying in Mongolia and disputes about them.He answers "For my sake, there are no any disputes about the properties between our two countries. Documentation works to transfer Russian properties in Mongolian territories is now being prepared. We aim to decide all disputes in amicable ways as friendly neighbors so that no difficult problems appear. In scope of strategic friendship relations, all disputes and misunderstanding will be finalized successfully."From 12 October to 3 November, many cultural and art activities will be organized in countryside.Closing ceremony will be taken on November 7th in the Russian Culture and Scientific Academy. On this day, one-month activities will be concluded and successful participants in all activities will be awarded.
