Per request, my typical diet, substitutions from the list allowed. Coffee or tea for breakfast, lots of water throughout the day. I don't know why, but usually have to remind myself to eat... as little as there is, sometimes I'll skip the melba toast or one of the apples. Don't really know HOW hCG works to control appetite, I just know that it does. I'm really not that picky as far as needing variety and spice in my food.
