Have you ever wonder what to do to prevent cauliflowers ears? Have you ever wonder why some fighters let there ears get in a point where it looks disgusting? Usually in Brazil when It happens is during a time where the competitor is training harder than usual to some very important tournament, than the fighter does not want to stop training and the ear gets worse and worse. My advice to you is if your ear starts to hurt, all you have to do is stop for a couple days, that way It will heal and you will have no problem. Now if your ear already pop out you need to se a doctor so he can drain your ears before it gets hard, some fighters (like you will see in the video) do on there own, but I don't recommend it! YOU MUST SEE A DOCTOR if you are in similar situation and then rest for a couple days, if you don't your ears will look REALLY weird. Enjoy the video!
