However you will have control at this time to deliver an eye strike.4. Lock your left leg over your right ankle behind the knee joint (above your calf) completing the triangle with your legs. At this point your right elbow can be used to keep your attacker's right arm in place, so you can put both hands on the top of his head.5. To complete the choke, do three things:Lift your hips. Pull down on his head. Squeeze with your legs, keeping your self to the side.
