For the record I love my coworkers, the ice cream was sugar/fat free and my coworker took me to lunch for a delicious fugi apple chicken salad. YES! I am aware this completely negats all the cleanse stands for however that fact that I am going to keep going is a plus for me :) I usually quit once I cheat on a diet...this is a life change baby! :)
