Then you flip it like you want to do the basic clothing but instead of clothing it you grap the save handle with the thumb and indexfinger and put your middlefinger next to the thumb (inside). Best is to make your own homepage I think and to realize that youtube exists mostly to piss people(99,99 % of the people simulate that they piss them too), viewnumbers and everything else are manipulated.
