Hermione tells Harry and hopes for advice and since he's never been in that situation he has no answer. Hermione understands that the only way out of this is MARRYING Draco. After a long time trying to convince him he says yes. Sooner or later Ron finds out and since he has strong feelings for Hermione he get's really mad and after another party(The Yule Ball!)he confronts her, telling her that she can marry him instead.
