"Neoteric Epoch" is the project name for a new 2.5D type game engine I am working on. While really not yet ready for production use, this is its newborn "first few steps" into the world.Object detection is currently done by a point by Sonic's feet, but do note that the object never actually goes through any surface (it may approach and meet flat with a surface, which might look like it went through, but trust me, it doesn't!)None of these ugly graphics are intended for the product.
