Chapter 2Nat: I'm here to see you, cutie. Nat went to hug Julie. He had open arms, but she pushed him away. "Julie [mad]: Why?Nat: I didn't know I could get in trouble by visiting my girlfriend.'Girlfriend'. That word crushed Nick. It kept repeating in his mind as he walked home and inside, very hurt. He was going to ask Julie out, but not after that.Julie was too angry to notice. Julie [yelling]: I'm NOT you're girlfriend! We broke up SO long ago!Nat: Woa, don't be like that. I'm here to make up with you. I've been regretting breaking up with you.Julie: HEY! I BROKE UP WITH YOU! Wanna know why for the thousandth time? 'Cause we never did anything: kiss, hug, or even hold hands! Nothing! I felt like we were just friends! When I told you that you got mad for NO reason then tried to make it up to me by buying me stuff! That's not gonna do anything! I mean you didn't even say sorry! Julie was in tears now. "I'm sorry." Nat said softly. Julie: No! That's not going to cut it! Not this time! Leave! "Nat: But I flew across the country to see you. I missed you. I want you back.Julie: Do you honestly think I care? Do you think that just because this is the first time you actually apologized, I'd take you back? You had your chance, Nat Wolff! But, you blew it, just like our relationship! Now go away and never come back!Nat: But..."Go!" she screamed at the top of her lungs and pointed to the street, still crying. Nat walked away with his tail between his legs and Julie ran inside and into her room with tears streaming down her face. Her parents didn't see her upset, so they didn't ask. Instead they went out for the rest of the day. But Julie was happy about that, she didn't want to talk to anybody at that moment except Nick. She finally realized he left when she was already on her bed. So she got out her cell and called him.What Happened at the Jonas House During All ThatNick walked into his house with his head down. Joe [on the couch]: So, how are things with you and your girlfriend, Nick?"Shut up." Nick shot as he went up to his room. Joe and Kevin looked at each other and then followed their brother upstairs."Nick, it's Kevin, open up." Kevin said over his knocking. Nick didn't answer. Joe: Come on dude, we wanna help with whatever's going on.Still silence. Joe: Okay, well if you're not going to open the door, then we're coming in! So, Kevin and his brother got to the other side of the hall and counted to 3. On three they charged Nick's door. At the exact moment they were supposed to hit it, Nick opened it and they ran all the way to the back of his room, hitting the window. Nick [kind of sarcastic]: You guys know it was open the whole time, right?"Thanks for the warning, bro." Kevin said with his face still smushed against the window.Joe [getting up]: So what's going on, man?Nick: Nothing. Just please leave me alone.Kevin: No. We wanna help you. We know something's wrong just tell us and we'll do our best to make you feel better.Nick: Okay, obviously you aren't going to leave me alone until I tell yo—Joe [interrupting]: Nope.Nick: SO, I'll just say it. [took a deep breath] I really like Julie and I thought she liked me too. I mean, I got her number and she let me hug her. But, then her boyfriend came out. And the worst part is, she didn't even tell me she was seeing someone, they guy told me. Joe: We're sorry dude, but if she keeps having a boyfriend a secret and leads you on, then she's not worth liking.Kevin: Wow, Joe that was surprisingly...deep.Joe [laughing a bit]: Thanks. "I know, man, but the problem is, I can't help liking her." Nick said, so seriously that you knew it came from the heart. All of a sudden, the 007 theme song went off. It was Nick's cell phone on his bedside table. He looked at the screen and it read: 'Julie Calling'. Without a word to his brothers, Nick answered it. Nick: Hello?Julie: Nick...
