Chris Coghlan doubles to center during a November 14 Arizona Fall League game between the Peoria Saguaros and the Surprise Rafters. Coghlan was drafted by the Florida Marlins with their first round supplemental pick (36th overall) in the 2006 First-Year Player Draft out of Ole Miss. The second baseman hit .325/.419/.534 with 10 home runs, 64 RBI and 19 stolen bases for the Greensboro Grasshoppers of the low Single-A South Atlantic League. The Mississippi alumnus didn't fare so well for the Jupiter Hammerheads of the high Single-A Florida State League. He slumped to .200 with two home runs, 18 RBI and five stolen bases in 130 at-bats.
