How many mistakes can GM make in a 30 second spot?1. The Fighter starts as an F-22 Raptor, then in refueling it becomes a two-seater that refuels by the cockpit - then changes back to a single-seat F-22 being refueled in the aft section 2. The refueling tanker also changes from a wing hose system to a tail boom system - the tankers are not the same tanker aircraft from one shot to the next. 3. Wouldn't the Air Force be pleased as punch if they could get F-22s for $45mil per unit? Multiply that by four or five and you're starting to get in the right ballpark. 4. Saab's claim to be "born from jets" is only relevant to its being founded by aeronautical engineers sometime back in the 40's and has no connection to the Lockheed Martin/Boeing F-22 team or the F-22 Raptor. Perhaps GM should have used a Gripen. If GM makes at least four mistakes in thirty seconds, imagine how many mistakes they make in the time it takes them to design a car...
