Through YouTube, get people to ask for ideas on the issues they're tackling, e.g.:"How can my business be more sustainable?"or"I'm working on issue X. We have challenges Y and Z. Do you have ideas for how we could overcome them?"This gives people a chance to get engaged with issues in a constructive way.
