The girl, at the beginning of the vid, is suicidal. The boyfriend finds out, once he finds her bleeding in the bathtub, and rushes her to the hospital, and to his house. Also at the beginning of the vid, he seems to be praying. This is because he knows somethings wrong. Through the vid, it explains how he's helping her, and the kisses(though not shown) lead to something more. A baby of their own, thus 'To life'.
